Maison Claire Fontaine is a French registered company that is responsible for the delivery of all accommodation and catering services at our centre along with the educational and external activities booked as part of your trip.

This company is a transport wholesaler and as such the contract to supply services is directly and solely with schools and it does not contact pupils or their families directly. On placing a booking with us you will be issued with an account summary detailing the cost of your trip with payment instructions including a payment schedule. Payment of the initial confirmation deposit establishes a contract between Maison Claire Fontaine and your school. We agree to complete the provision of your trip week and you agree to a complete payment for the provision of the trip as outlined in the payment schedule. All payments made are non-refundable.

For ease of payment for you and to avoid international payment fees that would otherwise be incurred, all monies due for your trip are to be paid to Maison Claire Fontaine Limited in the UK in accordance with the payment schedule supplied. Maison Claire Fontaine Limited acts as a disclosed agent for collecting and passing on to  S.A.R.L. Maison Claire Fontaine (a French registered business) all elements of your payments for supplies made to your school by S.A.R.L. Maison Claire Fontaine except that relating to coach hire as this supply is made to your school by Maison Claire Fontaine Ltd.
